Product Offering Analysis:

Provide a full-analysis of current product offerings. Provide comments on product offerings relative to main competitors in the market. Analysis will include a rating of each product's main characteristics as "trendsetting," "market comparable,” and "needs improvement."

Offering Refinement:

Work with the Client's staff to develop product features into market-leading. Work with Client’s staff to phase out struggling products.

New Product Development:

Work with the Client's staff to determine product opportunities in the market and develop new products to capitalize on market gaps. 

Shop-Drawing and Technical Specifications Analysis:

Provide an analysis of the current product offering’s technical information, including brochures, shop drawings, and specifications. If no information exists, work with the Client's staff to develop shop drawings, and required engineering data for products.

Cost Value Proposition:

Provide a comparative analysis for "complete project cost" relative to other industry products. The analysis will include comparative costs with any available public competitor pricing information (if possible).

Construction Timeline Value Proposition:

Provide product installation schedule analysis. This study may include any available public competitor scheduling information and provide a comparative schedule analysis relative to competitors, when possible.

Go-To Product Pricing Strategy:

Help produce a "go-to marketing" pricing strategy for products. This service includes development "of special contractor pricing."

Additional Services:

  • Marketing strategy for "End Users." This service would include how to market directly to the coaches, swimmers, and end-users that would be using the product.

  • Marketing strategy for Contractors." Either providing a marketing plan or making visits with Client's staff to give "value pitch."

  • Marketing strategy to "Designers."

  • Nation Wide Sales strategy selling to contractors or direct to consumer.
